The Bristol Channel Yacht Club has been organising racing in Swansea Bay and the Bristol Channel since 1875. Whether you’re an experienced racer or thinking about giving it a go for the first time, you’re very welcome.

Summer Series
Round-the-cans and short offshore racing in Swansea Bay, May–August. Seven races, open to all YTC-rated yachts.
Coastal Passage Series
Passage races across the Bristol Channel — Watchet, Tenby, Ilfracombe, Dale and more. May–August.
Lord Mayor’s Regatta
25–26 April 2026. The inaugural Swansea Bay Lord Mayor’s Regatta, supported by the City and County of Swansea.
Scarweather Regatta
22–23 August 2026. A weekend of racing including the annual race to the Scarweather mark.
